Customized score configuration optimized to reflect your program
Our scores are highly configurable, allowing you to fine-tune your score over time to match your portfolio and create your own IP.
The overall driver’s score can be uniquely weighted based on individual score components, and these components themselves consist of multiple elements that can also be uniquely weighted.
This flexibility means that you can collaborate with Floow and create a customized score configuration optimized to reflect the risk profile of your programs.
FloowScore Components
-
Smooth driving
We assess the fluidity of a user’s driving habits. Those who exhibit frequent harsh braking and accelerations are typically associated with a higher insurance risk.
-
Mobile use
We assess mobile distractions that may cause drivers to divert their attention from the road. Distraction stands as the most influential Behavioural Score in predicting claims, a feature exclusively available through mobile Telematics.
-
Speed
This refers to an assessment of the vehicle’s speed. Drivers who drive with excess speed can be correlated with a higer risk of having an accedent.
-
Duration
Duration scoring quantifies the continuous driving time of a driver without taking any breaks. It has been observed that drivers who undertake long journeys without regular stops are at a higher risk of being involved in an accident.
-
Time and day
A measure which considers the time of day or night of the journey. Driving during the night is around 10 times riskier than driving during the daytime
