At The Floow, we are committed to fostering a culture of gender equality that aligns with the principles and legal requirements including those of the European Union. We strive to ensure that all employees, regardless of gender, have equal opportunities to succeed, and our policies are designed to meet international best practice. 

Our commitment to gender equality is embedded in our core values and reflected in our employment practices. We actively work to prevent gender-based discrimination through fair recruitment, promotion, and professional development processes. We ensure compliance with legislation on equal and fair remuneration, offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance for all genders, and provide equal access to parental leave. 

We regularly review and update our policies to remain compliant with the latest legislation on gender, ensuring that we continuously foster an inclusive, diverse and equitable working environment. We also conduct ongoing monitoring of gender representation across the organisation, to monitor how our actions align with our commitment to achieving gender parity. 

In our 2024 monitoring The Floow has 6.5% more women in leadership roles than the UK tech industry average and 3% more women in technology roles than the UK sector average. The Floow has 2% higher ethnicity in management positions than the sector average with 9% greater ethnicity in all tech roles than the UK sector norms.

In addition to promoting gender equality, The Floow maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards gender-based harassment, bullying, and victimisation, in line with EU and national guidelines. All complaints are treated seriously and addressed through established grievance procedures. We have dedicated policies supporting equality, diversity and inclusion and we educate employees about their rights and responsibilities under this policy.
